Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program
Funds state organisations in the United States that strengthen startup participation in security-focused technology partnerships.
The Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program is a one-year funding opportunity for state and regional organizations to execute programs that increase the number of SBIR and STTR proposals, grow the number of SBIR/STTR awards, and better prepare awardees for commercial success. SBA awards one grant per state or territory. Typical awardees are State Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs), state science and technology commissions, universities running SBIR support programs, and regional economic development organizations. The award ceiling is historically up to $125,000 per state per year. FAST is an SBIR/STTR pipeline-building program — its end beneficiaries are the small businesses that will apply to SBIR/STTR after receiving state-level support.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
