The PRIME (Program for Investors in Microentrepreneurs) program provides competitive grants to microenterprise development organizations (MDOs) that support disadvantaged microentrepreneurs — including low-income individuals and entrepreneurs lacking access to capital or training. Eligible applicants are non-profit MDOs, state/local/tribal government agencies, Indian tribes, and collaborations of the above. PRIME is an annual competitive grant, subject to available funds. NOFOs are posted to Grants.gov in April or May each year. Historical award ranges have been $75,000–$250,000 per organization. PRIME funds the organizations, not the microentrepreneurs directly.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
