The Capital Accelerator Program is a pitch competition run jointly by Space Florida and the Florida Venture Forum (partnership since November 2015) to generate working capital and venture investment for Florida's aerospace and aviation supply chain. Events include Seed, Early, and Growth stage tracks. Finalists pitch to a committee of Florida VC investors and receive cash prizes; the top prize at recent events was $40,000 cash plus a $100,000 co-investment from DeepWork Capital. The Aerospace & Emerging Tech Forum (June 2023) awarded $200,000 in total prize/investment value to four finalists selected from over 60 applicants.
