Proposal Planning Grants (TPT)

Backs Proposal Planning Grants to support development funding interdisciplinary tamu teams preparing large-scale external proposals.

Part of the Targeted Proposal Teams (TPT) suite. Supports interdisciplinary TAMU faculty teams preparing large-scale proposals for targeted external sponsors — federal agencies, the State of Texas, or private foundations. Provides team facilitation, proposal management, and coordination with research services. Up to $100,000 for 12 months. Proposals must align with strategic research themes: Community and Economic Resilience, Emerging Technologies, Health and Quality of Life, National Security, Space Exploration, Sustainability and Environment.
