Texas Health Catalyst
Provides milestone-based seed support and mentorship for health innovations at the University of Texas.
Texas Health Catalyst is operated by the Office of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Dell Medical School (UT Austin). It provides milestone-based seed funding of $5,000 to $50,000 alongside customized expert guidance for health innovation projects. Since launch, the program has funded 76 projects, deploying $1.7 million in seed funding that has catalyzed over $100 million in follow-on funding. Eligible applicants are UT Austin researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs working on healthcare or health innovations — the program is UT Austin-wide.
