The Economic Assistance Grant (EAG) provides competitive funding of up to $200,000 to Utah-based for-profit and nonprofit businesses investing in the state's five Targeted Industries. Applications are tiered by request size ($0–$50k, $50k–$100k, $100k–$200k) and scored on project planning quality, measurable outcomes, leverage of matching funds, and sound budgets. Projects must complete within 18 months of award.
