Rural Employment Development Incentive (REDI)

REDI provides grants of up to $6,000 per new full-time position to for-profit businesses creating high-paying jobs in rural Utah. The program caps at $250,000 per business per year. Applications are submitted during quarterly two-week windows (February, May, August, November). Businesses must obtain pre-approval from GOEO before creating any new positions — this is a hard gate.
