Rural County Grant
Funds annual opportunities for rural Utah county governments to support local economic development.
The Rural County Grant provides annual funding of up to $200,000 to Utah's third-, fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-class rural county governments (Washington County excluded) to support economic development planning and activities. Eligible projects include business recruitment, workforce training, and infrastructure improvements for business development. Counties must maintain a functioning County Economic Opportunity Advisory Board and complete annual reporting to qualify.
