The CoMotion Postdoctoral Entrepreneurship Program (PEP) supports UW postdoctoral researchers and graduating PhD students who want to commercialize a disclosed university technology. Fellows receive a full-time postdoctoral salary at the NIH pay scale plus UW employee benefits for one year.
