The Outstanding Graduate Research Support Program 2026–2030 is NAFOSTED’s fellowship framework for exceptional doctoral researchers in science and technology. It was approved under Decision 2103/QĐ-BKHCN on 13 April 2026 and replaces earlier post-doctoral and young-researcher tracks that operated during 2018–2019 to this date.
