Y Combinator Accelerator Program

Y Combinator's accelerator program runs four times per year (winter, spring, summer, fall batches), each lasting three months. Accepted companies receive $500K via SAFE instruments — $125K post-money SAFE for 7% equity plus $375K on an uncapped MFN SAFE — in exchange for an equity stake. IMPORTANT: This is equity investment, NOT a grant. The capital is dilutive. YC is out of scope for the non-dilutive grant catalog.
