Invitalia is Italy's national agency for investment attraction and enterprise development. It is a state-owned delivery body in the industrial support system around the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, and it works with public finance tools rather than with a single narrow grant line.

Its programme list covers Smart&Start Italia, Smart Money, ON - Oltre Nuove Imprese a Tasso Zero, and Contratti di Sviluppo. Funding spans both loans and grants, with awards ranging from EUR 18,800 for Smart Money to EUR 18.8 million for Contratti di Sviluppo, alongside a EUR 1.5 million ceiling for Smart&Start Italia and EUR 282,000 for ON.
