Antler Europe ONE flagship €30M (outliers)
Offers founders in Europe intensive startup mentorship, seed funding, and founder matching through Antler's global venture network.
Eligibility · EU member states
Antler is a global pre-seed venture capital firm and accelerator that runs cohort-based programs across more than 25 cities worldwide, including multiple European locations. The European program targets founders at the very earliest stage of company formation — typically before a product or complete team exists — and invests equity capital in exchange for an ownership stake, providing funding alongside community resources and operational support. Investment per company generally ranges from approximately €200,000 to €500,000 at the pre-seed stage, with Antler taking equity. This is a dilutive instrument, not a non-dilutive grant.
The program is open to founders based in Europe across a broad range of technology sectors, including deep tech, software, and technology-enabled businesses. Participants join a structured multi-week or multi-month cohort program alongside peer founders, receiving access to Antler's global investor network, operational experts and advisors, and post-program pathways to follow-on capital from Antler's own funds and co-investors. The cohort model is designed to facilitate team formation as well as acceleration, meaning some participants enter without co-founders and build teams during the program.
Selection is highly competitive across a global applicant pool. Antler does not ask for IP rights and does not charge program fees; its return comes from the equity stake. Founders considering Antler Europe should understand that the program suits those who are willing to accept institutional pre-seed equity investment and who will benefit from an intensive peer cohort environment. Organisations or researchers seeking non-dilutive funding should seek other vehicles; Antler is appropriate for founders building scalable technology companies from the earliest stage.
Provides pre-seed equity investment of approximately €200,000 to €500,000 to early-stage European founders across deep tech sectors in exchange for equity.
