Innovate PL FoF is a EUR 600 million umbrella fund-of-funds program operated by PFR Ventures in partnership with BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego), PAIH (Polish Investment and Trade Agency), and PZU, under the patronage of the Polish Ministry of Finance. It is the largest and broadest program in the PFR Ventures portfolio by committed capital and the only one denominated in euros rather than Polish zloty. The program targets accredited fund managers across three asset classes: Private Equity (PE), Private Debt (PD), and Venture Capital (VC).

Unlike most PFR Ventures programs, which run cyclical calls with defined enrollment windows, Innovate PL FoF operates on a continuous enrollment basis, accepting applications from both existing and newly formed fund management teams at any time, subject to passing PFR Ventures accreditation. The program's objective is to expand the pool of professional institutional fund managers active in Poland, channeling their activity toward innovative Polish companies. Specific per-fund commitment ranges, private co-investment requirements, and per-company ticket constraints are not published on the program page and are determined through the accreditation and negotiation process.

Innovate PL FoF is appropriate for PE, PD, or VC managers with pan-European or CEE investment mandates who want access to a EUR-denominated, state-backed co-investor at the fund level. The multi-partner structure — combining PFR, BGK, PAIH, and PZU — reflects the program's role as a cross-institutional vehicle for mobilizing institutional capital into the Polish innovation economy.

Funds accredited private equity, private debt, and venture capital managers through a EUR 600 million umbrella fund-of-funds operated by PFR Ventures to support innovative Polish companies indirectly.
