Convocatoria Nacional No. 162 — Indígenas is a dedicated funding call from Colombia's Fondo Emprender (administered by SENA — Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje) that supports productive initiatives and business plans presented by indigenous communities across all economic sectors and all regions of Colombia. The 2026 call was open from March 2 to April 30, 2026. The total funding pool for the convocatoria was COP 8 billion. Funding is structured as capital semilla condonable — forgivable, non-reimbursable seed capital — conditional on meeting employment generation and management requirements set out in Acuerdo 0010 de 2019. Award tiers are indexed to Colombia's monthly minimum wage (SMLMV): up to 80 SMLMV for projects committing to create up to three jobs, up to 150 SMLMV for up to five jobs, and up to 180 SMLMV for projects generating six or more jobs. Both individual indigenous applicants and collective or association-based applicants are eligible to apply. Applications were submitted through the Fondo Emprender platform at fondoemprender.com. The scope covers creation of new ventures as well as strengthening of existing productive units or economic models within indigenous communities. Contact was available at 018000-910270 or soportefe@sena.edu.co.
