The call funds a secretariat that supports the Industrial Alliance on Processors and Semiconductor Technologies, gathering industry, Member States and experts to close gaps in Europe's chip production and design capacity. The Secretariat organises working groups, an annual General Assembly and Forum, and communication content, while helping the Alliance identify the needs of end-users and onboard new members. It works closely with the European Semiconductor Board when asked.
