This is a single-stage Digital Europe Programme Coordination and Support Action, so applicants submit one full proposal by the deadline rather than a short-listing round first. The call funds a secretariat that supports the Industrial Alliance on Processors and Semiconductor Technologies, gathering industry, Member States and experts to close gaps in Europe's chip production and design capacity. The Secretariat organises working groups, an annual General Assembly and Forum, and communication content, while helping the Alliance identify the needs of end-users and onboard new members. It works closely with the European Semiconductor Board when asked.
