The Commission wants a hub that gives European Digital Infrastructure Consortia (EDICs) legal and operational advice, builds a shared knowledge base and community of practice, runs an annual EDIC gathering, and reports each year on the health and future direction of the EDIC ecosystem. EDICs are the Commission's legal vehicle for Member States to run joint cross-border digital projects together.
