This call funds organisations in Digital Europe Programme associated countries that have not yet hosted a European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH). A new hub must deliver all four EDIH services — test-before-invest access, training and upskilling, help finding financing, and networking — with a reinforced focus on AI, aimed mainly at SMEs, mid-caps and public sector organisations in its region.
