This call funds a single umbrella action, ELEVATE, that federates existing digital-skills initiatives — including the Cybersecurity Skills Academy, the EuroHPC Virtual Training Academy and the newly created sectoral digital skills academies — plus other EU-funded advanced digital-skills projects. It targets the EU's goal of 20 million employed ICT professionals by 2030, with a focus on capacity building, coordination, communication and market analysis.
