This call funds EURES organisations to run recruitment, matching, training and placement services for people over 18 seeking a job, traineeship or apprenticeship in another EU or EEA country, targeting vacancies and skills shortages that national or EU labour-market data has identified. Direct financial support flows to jobseekers for interview and relocation costs, language training and qualification recognition, and separately to SMEs for training both newly recruited candidates and their existing workers. The action is meant to reduce labour-market imbalances, help EURES organisations broaden their own service offering, and build public-private partnerships within the EURES network.
