Improve knowledge-valorisation practices so universities and public research organisations can move unused intellectual assets, including dormant patents, into green and digital technologies adopted by startups, spin-offs, SMEs and industry. Pilot hackathons, workshops and summer-camp programmes that involve students, researchers, innovators and potential industry adopters; test licensing and other access models, including AI tools for managing research results and IP; build entrepreneurial skills; reduce the gender gap; promote diversity; and coordinate with related EU-funded projects.
