Developing and testing pilot, multi-site access schemes for startups, scaleups and innovative SMEs to use technology-infrastructure facilities, equipment and expertise. The action should centrally manage and fund access with simplified, standardised EU-wide conditions; broaden users beyond local ecosystems; support transnational infrastructure collaboration; and promote services in a selected area such as advanced materials, clean energy, health or biotechnology.
