Designing, building and running a single Europe-wide Bioeconomy Policy Support Hub that gives EU countries and regions hands-on advice on bioeconomy strategy: tools to assess how developed a country's or region's bioeconomy policy already is, tailored recommendations on next steps, an EU-wide picture of where bio-based solutions are actually being adopted across sectors, and both general and on-request support to specific countries and regions. The hub also has to coordinate with the European Commission and named EU bioeconomy initiatives, and plan for its results to outlast the project itself.
