This Research and Innovation Action targets adverse drug reactions caused by three or more medicines taken together. Projects should use pharmacogenomics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, biomarkers and patient stratification to predict and prevent harm, improve medication management, and support safer, more effective and personalised treatment.
