Funds the EOSC Federation’s next layer of trusted, sovereign and interoperable research services.
The action should create seamless access to storage, computing, applications and collaboration tools across providers, driven by researcher needs and a Federation-wide resource-management and accounting system. It should deepen back-end integration across the research lifecycle, support FAIR data and open standards, and establish indicators and feedback loops for service quality and uptake.

This Programme Co-fund Action expands the European Open Science Cloud Federation through integrated digital services, EOSC Nodes, resource management, harmonised access policies and sustainable operating models. It should let researchers store and process data, run software and workflows, and collaborate across disciplines and countries in a trusted, secure and sovereign environment.
