Funds large-scale Destination Earth pilots that turn climate data and AI into actionable public-sector solutions.
Projects should address complex cross-sectoral challenges such as climate-induced health effects or changes in energy, agri-food and mobility. They should couple models across sectors, test adaptation and risk-mitigation measures in real-life scenarios, and integrate place-based governance, socio-economic and identity characteristics so authorities can act on tailored evidence.

This Research and Innovation Action develops and demonstrates Destination Earth solutions for climate-change adaptation and risk mitigation in real policy, preparedness and response settings. Pilots must use the Destination Earth system, integrate AI Factories’ Data Labs and high-quality data, operate across at least three Member States and/or Associated Countries, and reach TRL 5 or higher by project end.
