This Innovation Action develops and demonstrates offsite-manufactured modular construction components that can be mass customised for existing buildings and local contexts in line with the New European Bauhaus. The solution should use approaches such as distributed manufacturing, BIM and modular disassembly, reduce waste and disruption, and address sustainability, inclusiveness, aesthetics and local identity.
