French Tech Tremplin sits inside the national Entrepreneuriat Quartiers 2030 programme and is aimed at people preparing an innovative project who have not yet registered a company, and at tech startups under three years old. It gives priority to applicants from priority urban neighbourhoods (QPV), rural revitalisation zones (ZRR), or other underrepresented groups such as scholarship holders, welfare recipients, refugees or wards of the state.
