The hackathon ran online over several weeks, with participants submitting projects through Devpost; this round is now closed and Alibaba Cloud has not yet published a winner list. Winners are announced after the submission deadline based on the judging criteria, and the awards are cash with no equity taken.
The hackathon invites developers, designers and AI enthusiasts to build applications using Qwen Cloud's AI capabilities. It is open globally with no team-size or entity restrictions, and judges rank submissions on innovation, technical implementation and impact.
