Creative alliances: Fostering global partnerships in cultural policies and CCI innovation

This single-stage Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action is funded as a lump sum, with four grants expected of between three and 3.75 million euros each from a 15 million euro budget line. The call funds work evaluating cultural policy models and creative-industry ecosystems worldwide, and it wants proposals to pick one of two focuses: cross-border creative-industries innovation (pilot projects on regional cultural and creative economies, with Africa, the Far East, South-East Asia and Latin America named as priority regions), or international cultural relations for global resilience (pilot projects using cultural diplomacy and artistic collaboration to build trust across political divides). Proposals may explore complementarities with the other focus.
