Improved preparedness for, response to and recovery from large-scale critical-infrastructure disruptions is a European Commission Innovation Action, worth EUR 5,000,000 per project, that wants better interdependency mapping between critical-infrastructure sectors, improved monitoring, risk and threat assessment and forecasting tools, stronger post-incident investigation capabilities, digital tools…
The European Commission wants new solutions that increase the resilience of critical infrastructure to natural hazards and deliberate or accidental human actions, including cyberattacks, covering sectors and interdependencies not already addressed by the Commission's 2023-2024 Resilient Infrastructure calls. It wants better interdependency mapping, monitoring and forecasting tools, post-incident investigation capabilities, and training curricula for operators and first responders.
