'Proof of market' to improve valorisation and commercialisation of Horizon generated R&I results
Pays up to 25 small consortia EUR 200,000 each to test the commercial exploitation potential of results that already came out of earlier Horizon Europe or Horizon 2020 Cluster 4 projects.
This is a single-stage Innovation Action; the Commission expects to fund 25 proposals at a fixed EUR 200,000 EU contribution each, from the topic's EUR 5 million pool. A proposal has to trace its work back to a specific earlier Horizon Europe Cluster 4 or Horizon 2020 LEIT grant, naming that project's own grant number and acronym. The Commission wants spin-offs, startups and SMEs to explore whether results from completed or ongoing Cluster 4 'Digital, Industry and Space' projects (or their Horizon 2020 LEIT predecessor) can be commercialised. Applicants must own or have access to the relevant knowledge assets, and should plan activities such as market analysis, technology assessment, piloting with customers and consolidating IP rights.
