The Commission wanted a follow-on to its existing Horizon Standardisation Booster pilot: an expert mentoring service that helps Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and other publicly funded research projects turn their results into new or revised technical standards. It wanted the service to expand its training academy and open up to national publicly funded R&I projects as well.
