Building a Long-Term Africa Union (AU) and European Union (EU) Research and Innovation joint collaboration on Sustainable Renewable Energies

The Commission wants a Coordination and Support Action that turns the existing Africa-Europe research partnership on climate and sustainable energy into a standing, long-term platform, building on the earlier LEAP-RE project. Proposals should support capacity-building, cluster ongoing EU-Africa energy projects, and set out how the partnership will keep running and be funded after the project ends.
