The Commission is looking for one major research consortium to generate state-of-the-art global climate projections, covering a full range of warming and overshoot scenarios, that feed directly into the IPCC's Seventh Assessment Report and related international climate science programmes. It wants the results tightly coordinated with major international modelling initiatives such as CMIP and ISIMIP.
