The European Commission wants proposals to develop and demonstrate, at large scale, business models that make products more reusable, repairable, refurbishable and durable, including product-as-a-service models. It wants applicants to quantify the environmental, social and economic impact of these models on consumers, SMEs, municipalities and regions, and to analyse what shifts consumer demand toward circular products and services.
