The Commission wants urban co-creation spaces and living labs that build skills and capacity for healthy, affordable, environmentally-friendly diets, and improve local governance and policy around sustainable urban food systems. It wants projects to test at least three of a defined set of interventions, from behaviour-change trials to improved local food governance.
