Implementing co-funded action plans for connected regional innovation valleys
Funds cascading sub-grants of up to EUR 600,000 for interregional deep-tech and innovation projects, through joint programmes that regional and national authorities apply to run together.

This call pays a consortium of at least three national or regional public authorities from different EU Member States or Associated Countries to build connected 'regional innovation valleys' — joint, multi-year innovation programmes linking a stronger-performing region with a moderate or emerging one. At least three interregional innovation projects (close to market, TRL 6-8, potentially including deep tech) must be competitively selected and funded through the programme, either as cascading grants to third parties or through joint public procurement of innovation.
