This topic funds projects that build structured training offers for technical staff working in research infrastructures, covering one ESFRI domain such as data, energy, environment, health, physical sciences or social sciences. Proposals should develop new training programmes, support staff mobility and career paths across Europe, and cover skills such as digital tools, data management or AI. Each proposal must include at least one ESFRI Landmark or European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) as a beneficiary.
