This topic funds projects that build tools for creating FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) digital objects, automated data-quality and standardisation checks, and operational data services within the European Open Science Cloud. Proposals must cover all seven required areas together: FAIR-by-design object creation, automated standardisation and quality assessment, operational data-service specifications (including AI-based tools where relevant), interoperability and training to promote open standards, alignment with Common European Data Spaces, demonstrating interoperability and content integration, and cross-sector data utilisation. Proposals are also expected to align with the EOSC Partnership, coordinate with two named prior EOSC topics and a current sibling topic, and build on the FAIR-IMPACT and FAIRCORE4EOSC projects.
