The funder wants demonstrated digital solutions — sensing, IoT, AI and robotics — that cut energy costs and emissions in fishing, aquaculture and onboard processing, without harming ecosystems or animal welfare. Each proposal must focus on one of four sea/river basins and run demonstrations in at least three countries within it.
