The European Commission wants one project to run fellowships for researchers displaced from Ukraine since 24 February 2022 — Ukrainian nationals, stateless people, or third-country nationals who were residing in Ukraine — so they can continue research at academic or non-academic host organisations in EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Supported researchers can be doctoral candidates already enrolled in a programme, or postdoctoral researchers who already hold a doctorate, working in any research field.
