This topic co-funds talent-recruitment programmes run by universities, research institutions or other organisations to attract postdoctoral researchers with excellent research and academic opportunities and a clear path to long-term career stability. Programmes run in two phases: an EU-funded phase of 24-36 months, followed by a phase funded fully by the host organisation for a further 24 months at nationally competitive salaries.
