MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2027
Pays a postdoctoral researcher's fellowship at a host organisation in Europe, or abroad with a mandatory return phase, to build international research experience.
This is a single-stage call covering two fellowship types under one topic, European Fellowships and Global Fellowships, each with its own separate budget line and a shared 8 September 2027 deadline. The European Commission funds individual postdoctoral researchers who want to do a period of international, cross-sector research mobility, hosted jointly by an academic or non-academic organisation. European Fellowships bring researchers of any nationality to work in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country for 12 to 24 months. Global Fellowships send European nationals or long-term residents to a non-associated country for an outgoing phase, followed by a mandatory 12-month return placement back in Europe.
