DPCC wants low-cost, easy-to-maintain, scalable and effective technology that reduces, absorbs or captures PM2.5 and PM10 emissions, either from BS-IV or older vehicles or from the ambient air in Delhi. It is a Government of NCT of Delhi initiative aimed at path-breaking, field-ready ideas rather than early concepts.
