The Greenovation Green Steel Challenge backs Indian innovators decarbonising steel production, spanning energy-efficient process optimisation, renewable energy integration, scrap value chain improvements, hydrogen-based steelmaking, carbon capture and other emissions-reduction technologies. It targets solutions at prototype, pilot-tested or market-ready stage that are scalable for the MSME steel sector and ready for industrial implementation.
