Support for Digital Marketing

Pays West Bengal craft artisans a one-time grant to set up digital and e-commerce marketing.

An eligible artisan first needs to be listed on the state's own portal for artisans and weavers before applying locally at the BDO office in a rural area, the SDO office in a municipality, or the Municipal Corporation office in an urban area. Along with proof of that portal enrolment, cooperative societies also submit their registration certificate, and every applicant provides invoices or bills c

This sub-scheme is for individual artisans and industrial cooperative societies of artisans in traditional West Bengal crafts and trades — blacksmithing, pottery, carpentry, basket-making and similar. Handloom and khadi weavers are covered under separate schemes and are excluded here.
