Run through IIT Mandi Catalyst as a delivery partner for the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology's TIDE 2.0 scheme, the grant funds up to 12 months of prototyping for startups that already have a proof of concept, alongside product-development assistance, access to technical experts, mentoring and infrastructure support. Applicants apply directly through Catalyst's website.

Prototyping for startups whose idea already has a working proof of concept, in electronics and communication solutions. The national TIDE 2.0 scheme behind it names seven areas of concern — healthcare, education, agriculture, financial inclusion including digital payments, infrastructure and transportation, environment and cleantech, clean energy, and other emerging ICT-based areas — and the idea has to fall inside them.
