The programme backs first-generation entrepreneurs from Tier II and III Indian cities working on deep-tech ideas in electronic design and manufacturing, deep-tech software, or ICT -- including AI/ML, IoT, blockchain and AR/VR. Eligible innovations must sit at the ideation, concept development, proof-of-concept or prototyping stage.
