GREAT Scheme for Technical Textiles
Funds Indian technical-textiles startups up to Rs. 50 lakh plus incubation and lab access.
Grantees can get up to Rs. 50 lakh in project funding plus incubation support: mentorship from industry and academic experts, investor networking, market access, and lab facilities for prototyping, bio-science and semiconductor fabrication. Applications go directly to the Incubation Centre at IIT Patna, which runs selection, and the sanctioned amount depends on the proposal and evaluation.
The scheme backs innovators, startups, researchers and entrepreneurs working on technical textiles across twelve domains, from agrotech and meditech to protech and packtech. It's run by IC IIT Patna under India's National Technical Textiles Mission, Ministry of Textiles.
